GenAI Vendor Operations Manager

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. As a GenAI Vendor Operations Manager, you will drive operational excellence to support human review reviews for GenAI, adversarial red teaming, and other emerging products. You will support the day-to-day vendor operations and effectively manage vendor performance with transparent metrics, data-driven decisions and industry leading vendor management techniques. You are an expert in operational excellence with the ability to work globally and cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. You are also capable of identifying, prioritizing and implementing process and automation opportunities to continuously improve and scale operations. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$185,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google (https://careers.google.com/benefits/) . + Drive GenAI Service Delivery Operations and Insights, leading, managing, and coordinating all critical operational needs related to GenAI service delivery to ensure goals are met. + Support operational reporting, monthly business reviews, and executive communications, serving as the main point of contact for data and tooling integration initiatives, and influence process improvements to ensure accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic relevance. + Serve as a key partner for red teaming, structured and unstructured testing vendor operations, offering strategic insights, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless execution and performance. + Serve as a central connector, bridging communication gaps and fostering collaboration between various internal teams and external vendor partners to address and resolve complex operational tests. + Review sensitive or graphic content as part of role.
