As a GenAI Vendor Operations Manager, you will drive operational excellence to support human review reviews for GenAI, adversarial red teaming, and other emerging products. You will support the day-to-day vendor operations and effectively manage vendor performance with transparent metrics, data-driven decisions and industry leading vendor management techniques. You are an expert in operational excellence with the ability to work globally and cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. You are also capable of identifying, prioritizing and implementing process and automation opportunities to continuously improve and scale operations. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$185,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
