CTG is seeking to fill a GenAI SME/AI Developer opening for our client in El Segundo, CA. Location: El Segundo, CA Duration: 12 months Duties: Develop and train generative AI models using techniques such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs) Design and implement novel architectures and algorithms for generating high-quality content Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI models into various applications including chatbots, virtual assistants, and content generation platforms Conduct experiments, evaluate results, and fine-tune models to improve accuracy and performance Research and apply cutting-edge advancements in generative AI to solve real-world business problems Document processes and communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch In-depth knowledge of machine learning concepts, especially in generative modeling Experience with training large language models or diffusion-based models is a plus Familiarity with model deployment and scaling on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in teams Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years focused on generative AI Proven track record of deploying generative AI solutions in production environments Experience working in cross-functional teams and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred) Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
