We are seeking a visionary GenAI Lead with a strong foundation in Data Science to spearhead our next generation of AI-driven innovation. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and technically skilled leader with a passion for building intelligent, scalable, and transformative solutions using Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.

As the GenAI Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping and delivering AI-powered products and platforms. You will guide cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges using cutting-edge technologies including LLMs, knowledge graphs, agent-based systems, and RAG-based applications. Your expertise will drive value across diverse industry verticals including consulting, retail, fintech, and manufacturing.

 

The Role:

Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI initiatives across multiple domains. Design and deliver AI/ML solutions from ideation to production that deliver measurable business impact. Develop intelligent applications leveraging LLMs, generative models, forecasting systems, and advanced ML pipelines. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, high-performing AI solutions. Drive adoption of GenAI across the organisation, facilitating knowledge transfer and best practices. Guide ethical implementation of AI, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability. Mentor and lead high-performing data science and ML engineering teams.

 

What you will bring:

Minimum of 12+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on applied data science and solution architecture. Proven track record of leading AI/ML product development from concept to deployment. Deep expertise in Generative AI, Knowledge Graphs, ML Ops, and Cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG systems, agent-based modeling, and statistical forecasting. Experience across multiple sectors including consulting, retail, fintech, and manufacturing. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and stakeholders. Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and product mindset.

 

Desirable:

Publications, patents, or conference presentations in AI/ML domains. Experience working with open-source AI frameworks and contributing to community initiatives. Familiarity with ethical AI frameworks and responsible AI principles
