Job Description Insight Global is looking for a GENAI Engineer to join one of our top consulting firms to work with a Global Advanced Customer Analytics team and develop & support solutions primarily focused on contact center BOTs. Responsibilities: Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand GenAI use case requirements and design LLM solutions aligned with approved Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns. Drive data requirements discussions and coordinate with data teams to acquire necessary datasets. Design efficient chunking and indexing strategies to support high-quality answer generation. Develop and deploy inference APIs using frameworks like LangChain and deploy to AKS or function apps. Support front-end integration by collaborating with UI teams and contributing to UI development as needed. Monitor and enhance GenAI knowledge BOTs in production based on user feedback to improve response quality. Follow best practices in MLOps and software development. Optimize model accuracy through prompt engineering and refinement. Contribute to a reusable GenAI codebase and collaborate effectively with team members. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience solving high-impact business problems using machine learning and LLMs. Proven experience as an ML Engineer with a strong focus on generative AI, prompt engineering, and RAG applications. Hands-on experience with Azure AI Search, LangChain, vector stores, and Azure OpenAI. Proficiency in Python and PySpark, preferably using Databricks and Azure ML. Experience supporting production applications and continuously improving performance and response quality. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into technical deliverables.
