岗位职责：

负责基于RAG的知识库应用系统架构，设计端/边/云融合的知识库方案，参与需求分析、架构设计、技术决策以及详细设计 在PC/Tablet/Phone/Cloud等设备上落地RAG方案，实现高性能、高可用性和可扩展性 定义API和SDK，实现灵活易用的核心组件，支持多种业务的扩展需要 跟踪RAG相关技术的发展，把新的技术应用于公司的AI软件中 把握复杂系统的设计，确保系统的架构质量，核心部分代码编写、指导和培训、不断进行系统优化 协调和组织跨国多部门进行联合设计并推进研发落地

岗位要求：

1.  计算机科学、电子工程、数学或相关领域的本科及以上学历

拥有10年以上软件开发经验，3年以上windows应用架构，深入实践过RAG相关产品的设计开发，3年以上大型分布式系统架构设计经验 熟悉高并发、高性能、高可用分布式系统开发和设计，具有微服务体系治理经验 熟悉RAG相关技术和模型，能独立架构和设计RAG应用 具备较强的软件工程能力和软件架构设计能力，至少主导过一个以上产品的软件架构设计与实施经验； 精通C/C++/C#/JAVA中的一门语言，熟悉Python/Golang等常用语言，具有较强的工程实现能力，包括但不限于系统设计，代码优化等；精通设计模式及其应用，具备较强的编程实操能力 熟悉Windows API、深入理解Windows进程间通信、内存管理、安全机制、多线程调度等，具备性能调优实战经验。 良好的英语听说能力
