Gen AI OCM Training Lead
Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Generative AI Training & OCM Lead to focus on change management activities across the R&D Generative AI capabilities. This individual will be responsible for change management and training activities across the Gen AI program(under the leadership of the R&D Business Transformation Lead). This role supports ongoing delivery, enhancement, and sustainment of GenAI modules (e.g., Paa (Protocol Authoring), CSRa (Clinical Study Report)), not just initial setup. Develop and execute on training and OCM plan across the Gen AI program, ensuring stakeholder alignment and consistent messaging. Tailor training and comms to each module; ensure business process impact is covered; adoption tracking needs to go beyond satisfaction. Design and implement programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of employees around the R&D Generative AI capabilities. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track application system adoption, user satisfaction, and overall project success. Partner with R&D Change and Enablement to ensure alignment of enterprise-wide messaging around Generative AI capabilities holistically. Ensure detailed go-live timelines are documented for each Gen AI capability rollout to ensure delivery of needed training and OCM on time. Prepare progress updates for senior leadership. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree required, in addition to 10+ years of scientific and technical learning design experience, to include leading learning program design efforts in R&D application / systems required Go-live readiness/adoption experience; shift focus from tech to sustained business usage. Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs, ideally involving emerging technologies. Familiarity with Generative AI tools, platforms, and implementation challenges in a regulated environment.
