Job DescriptionProvide exceptional customer service to our travelersBook flights, hotels, and cars using Global Distribution Systems (GDS)Issue, reissue, and refund flight tickets on GDSRespond to traveler inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

QualificationsProficient in using GDS commands to book and manage travel arrangementsExcellent customer service skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyAt least HS GraduateAt least 1 year experience of using GDS
