The Position

The Opportunity
As a Near Patient Care Senior Support & Training Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting global and regional teams through expert-level product training, documentation, and technical support. You will help ensure the successful implementation, servicing, and use of diagnostic systems, while enabling knowledge transfer across teams and markets. Furthermore you will be
 

Crafting, reviewing, and maintaining training content and documentation for job-specific and system-specific programs.Delivering training sessions to end users, first-level support, regional trainers, and global staff—both virtually and on-site. Offering support for hotlines, affiliates and regions in order to minimize system down times, allowing for a fast workaround or solution  Maintaining and managing the product knowledge pool, ensuring information is accurate, structured, and reviewed by experts.Defining and adhering to service, support, and training concepts; contribute to global learning paths and methodology.Writing and updating technical content for internal knowledge platforms, and support knowledge transfer from R&D and application development.

Who you are:

A qualified degree preferably in medical engineeringYou have professional experience in supporting and servicing medical technology equipment systems. Preferably diagnostic experience for rapid molecular testing You enjoy developing and implementing training sessions for service engineers, which are predominantly held in English. You already have the methodology and teaching skills for this job You enjoy working for and with customers and are very service-oriented You enjoy working in global matrix structures, write and speak English fluently, and count communication and teamwork skills as well as intercultural skills among your strengths



You are open to frequent travel (approximately 10-20%).
