As a Transport Excellence Program Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives, software deployments, and logistics excellence across the globe. You’ll collaborate with top-tier stakeholders, work with cutting-edge transportation management solutions, and play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency at scale.

Your daily tasks may include:

acting as the main point of contact towards the OpCo, managing cooperation with system integrators, software vendors, the global product owner, and D&T ensuring that local business needs are effectively addressed in line with the goals defined in the approved business cases establishing a strong connection with the product to drive ongoing enhancements to the global template driving continuous improvements to the deployment approach in alignment with the Program Manager driving strategic alignment by leveraging program data and performance metrics to shape meaningful planning recommendations managing, mentoring, and developing a multidisciplinary team to ensure high performance and engagement guiding and supporting a group of DBB platform deployment specialists, thereby extending Global CS&L into the DBB (Digital Backbone) organization fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team coordinating with other department leads to ensure cohesive operations across the organization.

You are a good match if you have:

bachelors or Master’s degree, ideally in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration 5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain relevant experience in Software Deployment Projects (not necessarily as project manager) Operational experience in Customer Service and/or Logistics in an FMCG context deep understanding of Customer Service and Logistics processes in an FMCG context.
