Summary: We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of enterprise cloud infrastructure. This role plays a critical part in shaping scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud environments across our organization. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in Google Cloud (GCP preferred), strong automation skills using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and a modern understanding of cloud architecture and security. Key Responsibilities: * Architect, deploy, and manage resilient cloud environments using GCP, AWS, or Azure * Automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible * Monitor and tune cloud systems for performance, availability, and cost efficiency * Apply industry-standard cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and network controls * Provide Tier 3 support for cloud-related issues, working cross-functionally to resolve infrastructure and application challenges * Document infrastructure designs, procedures, and workflows; Produce periodic cloud usage and cost reports * Collaborate across DevOps, Development, and Operations to align cloud strategies with business goals * Research emerging cloud technologies and make recommendations to improve infrastructure and operations
