GBS Talent Acquisition Lead

**GBS Talent Acquisition Lead** is a key member of Global Business Services Talent Acquisition Team. This role works with GBS Operations and Human Resources Leaders to translate business strategies into human capital needs by strengthening Fresenius Medical Care ability to attract, assess, select and integrate top talent. This will be a individual contributor role, managing a 3rd party delivery team. Our office is based in North Bangalore, India. We offer hybrid set up.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Recruit for critical positions to India Global Business Services organization, with focus on IT hiring
+ Implement global Talent Acquisition processes and processes, where applicable build local GBS processes,
+ Manage relationship with and RPO vendor, manage the delivery of recruitment service,
+ Develop strategies for pipelining top talent for the organization and supporting team in sourcing and attraction activities,
+ Cooperate closely with Regional Recruitment Marketing team in order to build up employer branding campaigns,
+ Hold team responsible for building external talent pools,
+ Understand and use data to analyse key metrics and reports out to TA and GBS leadership,
+ Utilize strong coaching and development skills with an ability to assess workload capacity and drive better outcomes as a team,
+ Lead the team to deliver business impact by establishing and optimizing recruitment strategies in ways that lead to measurable gains in recruiting outcomes
+ Ensure appropriate adoption and utilization of Workday,
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications, experience, know-how and skills critical for success**
+ Recruiting experience with a strong preference in both agency and corporate setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience,
+ Academic degree or equivalent diploma in relevant subject matter
+ Leadership and strong stakeholder management experience,
+ Recruiter by profession and passion,
+ Strong curiosity and ability to continuously reflect and learn from all levels of the organization.
+ Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills,
+ Continuously expands technical knowledge in own and related disciplines and functional areas,
+ Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills,
+ Experience in hiring tech profiles would be beneficial,
