As part of DPDHL, you will be working with a global network of CRE colleagues and benefit from a wide range of development opportunities.\n\nJob Purpose:\nManage FM services in a tactical and operational level. Direct team and service providers in executing the FM tactical and operational goals. Main focus is on technical FM scope.\n\nYour tasks:\n\n\n\nEnsure optimal functionality of building systems and provide high-quality technical services while maintaining compliance with internal policies.\nOversee vendors and maintenance staff, manage contracts through KPIs and SLAs, and collaborate with Finance on budget development.\nIdentify technical savings initiatives, coordinate inspections to determine required technical services, and provide regular reports on operations and projects to enhance property value and efficiency\nAdminister environmental programs in partnership with the company's EH&S Manager. Ensure adherence to Corporate Risk Management policies and Insurance requirements for vendors/contractors\nDevelop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and facilities staff\nOperate the A/P invoice payment system to validate and approve costs associated with the technical aspects of the facilities\nRespond to after-hours facilities-related emergencies and determine the appropriate course of action to resolve issues\nResponsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, and overseeing the maintenance of properties, facilities, equipment, and mechanical systems to support operational effectiveness\nEnsures policies and practices related to job area are followed\nAddress task-related issues appropriately to maintain facilities\nBuild relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns\n\n\n\n\nYour profile:\n\nEducation Level\n\n\nVocational or Technical education\n\n\nExperience Level\n\n\nMore than 3 years\n\n\nWe offer:

Your tasks:

Coordinate implementation of maintenance & technical functions plans and processesSupport implementation of utilization plans for facilities, equipment, materials and personnel to improve efficiency of building maintenance including repair, regular and preventive maintenance of building and/or warehouses and mechanical and electrical specificationsResponsible for setting day to day operational objectives for the team to deliver scheduled facilities management activities such as property upkeep, purchasing related to facilitiesCoordinate activities of the team to facilities planning and facilities security such as space planning and allocation, facility infrastructure condition assessmentCoordinate and schedule repair work, statutory safety inspections, renovation projects, waste reduction improvement and supply of new plant and equipment with production schedulesFollow and achieve compliance to systems and processes consistent with material handling specifications and safety standardsSupport implementation of enhancements to increase efficiency through better utilization of equipment, materials and personnel

Your profile:

Knowledge and understanding of OSHA occupational safety regulations; Certification OSHA 10 or 30 is a plusVocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification2+ years experience on similar rolesKnowledge of architecture, engineering and construction management industryAbility to read and understand construction, electrical and equipment blueprints and schematicsComputer Literacy for entering and looking up information, managing emails, and use of company software tools.Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
