Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the execution of a systematic process of discovering, analyzing, and providing learning solutions that support business unit goals and strategic objectives. Responsible to work with training leaders to ensure all new hire batches are trained effectively. Work with BU leaders to understand the training needs of new and tenured associates to create Advancing Proficiency programs. Identifies and defines success measures for training interventions to evaluate the performance and business impact of learning solutions. Gathers and analyzes data for the purpose of suggesting actions that drive continuous improvement and learning culture. Manage learning projects like New Hire training programs, Yearend, Product releases, tenured associate training programs etc. Should be able to consult with business to ascertain effective learning solutions to improve associate performance. Provides insight to and influences the overall business unit learning strategy. This role is the single point of contact between the business and Enterprise Learning, providing alignment between BU specific goals and Enterprise Learning strategy. Provides recommendations for actions to improve BU performance. Advocates on behalf of the business and updates business partners regarding services available from Enterprise Learning.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
