About the Role: As the GBS A2R Global Closing and Reporting Lead, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and improving the closing and reporting processes at both local and global levels. You will work closely with ITS to implement new tools and ensure operational readiness, while also being accountable for consistent adoption of optimized processes across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Process Vision and Strategy: Set and communicate the vision, strategy, and performance objectives for end-to-end processes. Implement Best Practices: Gather and apply best practices to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. Support Benchmarking Activities: Lead benchmarking activities and amend processes to achieve world-class standards. Provide Process Expertise: Offer expertise to Global Delivery Centers and local teams as needed. Review and Improve ITS Tools: Evaluate ITS tools and propose improvements to streamline operations. Drive Process Harmonization: Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to drive standardization and cross-functional improvements. Monitor Process Performance: Implement global performance metrics, review process performance, and address gaps.
Key Requirements:
Strategic Vision: Ability to set and communicate a clear vision and strategy for process improvement. Best Practice Application: Experience in gathering and applying best practices to achieve optimal process performance. Benchmarking Expertise: Proven track record in leading benchmarking activities and implementing improvements. Process Expertise: Strong knowledge of process management and improvement methodologies. ITS Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with ITS tools and ability to propose and implement enhancements. Stakeholder Management: Excellent relationship-building skills to drive process harmonization and improvements. Performance Monitoring: Ability to implement and monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and launch remedial initiatives.
