Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented FX/EM Sales professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to cover a wide range of FX and Emerging Markets (Rates, Credit & Structured) products, serving bank clients across several countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, providing market insights, and sourcing and executing trades across various product lines.

 

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutionsProduct Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of FX spot, forwards, swaps, and options, as well as EM interest rate products, credit, and structured portfolio tradesSales Execution: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, executing trades efficiently and effectivelyMarket Analysis: Monitor market trends, analyse economic data, and provide timely market updates and trading ideas to clientsRisk Management: Understand and adhere to the bank's risk management policies and proceduresCollaboration: Work closely with trading, research, and other internal teams to provide seamless client serviceNew Business Development: Identify and onboard new clients, expanding the bank's market reachPricing and Execution: Provide accurate pricing and efficient execution for client transactions

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.Experience in FX sales, preferably with exposure to Emerging Markets and Bank ClientsStrong understanding of FX and EM products, including derivativesExcellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to develop and maintain strong client relationshipsExcellent communication and presentation skillsFast learner with strong attention to detail
