Hours - 5:00 pm - 5:00 am

Pay - 18.50/Hr.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for monitoring the premises to protect our Team Members, visitors, and company property.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Gate Attendant will be responsible for ensuring a safe environment through active patrol, strict access control, and monitoring. Must always be visible and observant, greeting staff, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and attentive manner.Will be responsible for completing shift reports, access reports, truck logs and incident reports. Must be able to respond immediately to distress calls and emergency alarms, providing assistance as directed. 

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be customer service oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and standard computer skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have the ability to think and act quickly during an emergency. Must be available to work overtime as needed. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks, with the ability to make quick decisions based on standard operating procedures. Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.Must be able to walk long distances and climb stairs for patrol, and to work in all weather conditions.Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must have 6 months continuous employment in the last 18 months. Preferred 6 months gate attendant experience/preferred 6 months janitorial experience.
