The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the market and its players, set the strategic priorities, drive the capital allocation process, define and validate New Product Development (NPD) initiatives and solutions offerings.
As a Senior Strategy & Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing an in-depth knowledge of aftersales market, Customer segmentation/needs, Competition positioning and main stakeholders, engaging with regional teams to gather inputsDeveloping an in-depth knowledge of GTS business from Marketing, Commercial and Operation standpoint, monitoring the fleet evolution, won-loss and penetration KPIsManaging accountability for product portfolio management, generating new ideas, holding the GTS Opex gameplan, with responsibility on the New Product Development and initiatives business casesSetting targets for cost, performance, technology features, industrialization and operating model, to guarantee successful positioningCo-operating closely with teams to identify areas for improvement, working on new processes, prioritization criteria for new initiatives, business case creation and financial modelingConsolidating strategic initiatives for the yearly Long Range Plan (LRP), aligning with all GTS functionsProtecting and increasing penetration in existing fleet to enhance customer experience

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a familiarity with the Rotating Equipment technologyHave significant experience in Strategy, Product Leadership, commercial, Engineering in the turbomachinery and energy sectorsHave a deep understanding of aftermarket dynamics and its evolutionHave experience in understanding customer dynamics and decision process in the service sectorHave sound analytical skills and proven capabilities to develop Business CasesHave deep interpersonal and leadership skillsBe able to demonstrate the ability to lead programs / projects in a structured mannerBe fluent in English and Italian
