Job Description: The starting pay for this position is $18.00/hr. + $5.00/hr. for personal vehicle use/expenses, after training. Must have a reliable vehicle to use for work purposes. Responsible for checking gas meters for leaks and corrosion. This includes visual inspection and ensuring all required paperwork / data are completed. Meter Inspection Technicians will be required to report to their respective work area on time at the start of each shift. While on-site, the technician will be responsible for identifying any abnormal operating conditions along with accurately filling out all forms associated with the inspection visit (form may be electronic or paper).
