Garnishment Administrator
**Country:** Mexico **Location:** LOC5017: Carrier - Finance Shared, Galeana 469 Ote, Santa Catarina, 66350 Mexico **_Role Summary:_** As a Garnishment Administrator, you will be responsible for processing and responding to garnishment orders in a timely and accurate manner. **_Key Job Responsibilities:_** + Review garnishments and determine action required + Upload orders to third-party vendor website + Address inquiries from third-party vendor + Answer interrogatories and data requests + Process garnishment refunds to employees + Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits or legal proceedings + Liaise effectively with third-party vendor to ensure inquiries are resolved in a satisfactory manner **_Qualifications:_** + Great command of spoken and written English + High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus + Prior experience working with garnishments, payroll, or accounts payable + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Excellent organizational and time management skills + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately + Must demonstrate strong analytical and logical reasoning skills for problem solving + Ability to independently research, recognize and solve problems + Must be able to work under sensitive time constraints + Proficient in data entry + Good command of MS Office **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
