Requirements:
2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory gardening role. Valid driver’s licence. Knowledge of landscaping techniques and regional plant life. Understanding of fertilizers, pest control, and plant health. Familiarity with health and safety practices in landscaping. Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for long periods. Strong attention to detail, trustworthy, and able to work independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for the outdoors and plant care.
