We succeed by always doing the right thing with focus, urgency, and passion. Job Overview Grow and create digital awareness for the Garage Logic Podcast and Garage Logic Podcast Network. This is a part time, in office position. Job Responsibilities Conceptualize, produce, edit and complete appropriate video clips and audio content clips for Sales, Promotions, and Digital Media projects related to the podcast network as needed. Expand and grow Garage Logic's social media channels. X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc... Offer ideas, suggestions and other concepts for the Garage Logic Podcast Network digital media video activities that are innovative and creative. Help maintain the Garage Logic paid platform. Add and update digital content to Garage Logic websites. May include content, contests, forms, pages, promotions, events, site imagery, etc. (Oversee) and handling of prize fulfillment. Interface effectively with sales and programming departments to fulfill needs. Assist with and participate in special promotions and community service programs sponsored by the station. Learn and assist with stream player questions, functionality, rewards, settings, listening time, etc. Build and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, clients, vendors and the general public. Act in a professional manner when representing the company. Report to work on time and work established schedule/hours. Ability to work other hours or alternate schedules as needed. Works on other projects as assigned. Attend and participate in meetings as needed. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to produce engaging and creative video and audio content for digital platforms in a timely, consistent manner. One (1) years' experience operating video and audio equipment is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability for posting to social media including, but not limited to, Facebook, YouTube, X, and Instagram. Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills required. Ability to meet deadlines. Project an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor. Experience working as a team member with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a variety of individuals. Ability to follow direction but take initiative when needed. Ability to work on short deadlines and in pressure situations as well as in the evening and weekends. Physical requirements: Sits or stands for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity to manipulate computer keys and other controls and equipment. Must have good vision and hearing and be able to discern video and sound on many platforms. Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing. Requires the ability to think creatively and tactically and to articulate information in a clear and concise manner to others verbally and in writing. Compensation and Benefits When extending an offer, the company considers a variety of factors such as (but not limited to) the candidate's work experience, education/training & key skills as well as internal peer equity and other market and business considerations. Pay range is $20-$25 per hour.
