Responsibilities: 

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Answers phone is a warm and friendly manner when a guest calls to retrieve a car.  Collect all the necessary information from the guest so that the car is brought to the drive.

Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc.

Warmly greets guest who wants to retrieve a parked car.  Collects payment for parking services and accurately posts the payment. 

Directs valet parkers to retrieve the car.

Completes a variety of reports regarding tickets and payments.

Attaching rooms to ticket numbers for accurate inventory.

Removing physical tickets from the inventory that show that the guest has checked out and the car is no longer in the garage.

Maintain a system for new overnight vehicles to be placed into the system with a room number attached.

Reporting No Posts accounts and assuring that the correct charges are being inputted by a manager or supervisor in conjunction with Front Desk

Reporting a daily list of cars that were not in the system when called for.

Glitching shortcomings with guest services.

Organize and ensure the cleaning of the hotel house cars and guests' vehicles.

Turn in the completed cashier daily folder and make sure all sections are completed. Report any discrepancies.

Deposits all cash receipts in accordance with established procedures. 

Maintain copies of Cashier checklist, bank audit logs and daily used logs in general.

Assist with self-parking credentials and procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Create VATS for upcoming events.

Complete validations required for upcoming events that require them

Maintain inventory for valet tickets.

Maintain a flexible schedule

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

At least one year experience in luxury hospitality setting as Valet Parking Attendant

 At least one-year experience in luxury hospitality setting

Valid California Drivers License
