**This position supports both remote and/or on-site at either of our locations: Gilley's Park City, KS and Casino Miami, Miami, FL**

Job Summary:

The Gaming Analyst is responsible for financial, labor, marketing, budgeting, and technical analysis of all gaming and related operations to maximize efficiency and earning potential.

Essential Job Functions:

Provides timely and accurate analysis of property and department related statistics, analytical reports, and related operating expenses that will ensure the property and its departments function in an effective, efficient, and profitable manner Support and perform the day-to-day data operations for marketing host teams Implement and assist in the overall maintenance and organization of the host database Provide timely marketing reporting and analytical support to internal business stakeholders and senior leadership to support effective business decision-making Develop and execute criteria for customer segments based on demographics, behavior, and preferences to enhance personalization efforts and drive visitation Track, monitor, and analyze special events direct marketing programs and generate proformas and post-analysis for all player events Create and/or maintain end-to-end database marketing performance reporting and analytics dashboards Provide and present optimization insights and recommendations for marketing strategies and campaigns based upon analysis to leadership team Implement efficient and scalable methodologies, processes, workflows, and automations for marketing data management and operations composed of multiple technology systems and platforms Must be able to deal with high volume customer interactions and be consistently outgoing, upbeat and cheerful Builds guest relations throughout every shift by talking with customers and making them feel welcome, comfortable, and inviting them back Observes all activity within assigned area offering assistance to all guests Observes activity and reports anything that is out of the ordinary Capable of handling routine customer complaints and incidents and exhibits the appropriate discretion to identify situations that require the attention of management personnel; effort is given to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships Ensures all guests are kept in play by providing friendly and helpful service at all interactions Utilizes open body language, politely speaks with and assists guests as needed Assists in maintaining a spotless facility by disposing of any cups, glasses or bottles left by guests Maintains paperwork accuracy and efficiency within department/property standards Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner and encourages others to do the same Empowered to resolve guest disputes quickly and efficiently up to a pre-determined amount.  Otherwise, ensuring a manager is notified immediately to resolve the situation. Crosstrain in other departments Other duties as assigned

Experience and Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older and have the ability to obtain and retain a KRGC Gaming License. Bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on quantitative fields (analytics, statistics, data science) and/or equivalent professional work experience in analytics roles Minimum one year of experience in a casino marketing, database marketing, or loyalty marketing role required Prior experience in gaming/hospitality industry required Hands-on experience in Excel (pivot, lookups, etc.), data querying/modeling tools (SQL, R, Python, etc.), and data visualization/BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) Proficiency in writing, debugging, and refining SQL query scripts required Strong technical understanding of data, database management, and reporting/analytics, especially involving large and complex datasets (transactional/interaction-level customer data) Display professionalism; excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance as outlined in the Gilley’s Team Member Handbook Must be able to work both independently and as a member of a team Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
