THE JOB:

The Games Operator is responsible for delivering exemplary customer service and maintaining the operational efficiency of the arcade area. The Games Operator plays a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $13.00 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service.

Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor towards guests and fellow employees at all times.

Encourage guests to enjoy arcade games, confidently answering any questions they may have.

Ensure all games are thoroughly cleaned, properly equipped, and ready for guest use.

Enforce game rules and ensure that appropriate prizes are awarded accurately.

Maintain proper security and inventory of all prizes.

Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the arcade.

Help transport department deliveries from the warehouse to storage areas and restock game prizes as needed.

Accurately receive cash and disburse change to guests.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High school diploma or GED preferred

1+ year of prior work experience preferred
