As a Project Manager, Game Tester at Lionbridge Games, you will be the key liaison between our game testing teams and global gaming clients. This role blends operational excellence with customer-facing project ownership. You will oversee test execution, drive KPI performance, manage team resources, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality testing deliverables across multiple platforms and titles. Your mission is to deliver a flawless player experience on every project, every time.
**What You Will Do**
+ Collaborate with clients to gather new feature requests, requirements, and updates.
+ Identify growth opportunities and pain points within gaming test projects.
+ Manage and grow the relationship with GAME TESTER clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment.
+ Define, implement, and maintain KPIs for test quality and throughput.
+ Oversee test execution while ensuring proper staffing, secure environments, and precise test parameters.
+ Monitor team performance and project quality to ensure strong cooperation and delivery.
+ Ensure all test passes and related activities align with the agreed timeline and quality standards.
+ Maintain constant communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders regarding project status, updates, and risks.
+ Create and document internal project procedures and ensure team adherence.
+ Monitor and report on overall engagement health and project risk to designated Lionbridge Games stakeholders.
**To Be Successful You Will Have**
+ Minimum 2 years of experience managing projects, schedules, and small cross-functional teams.
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; able to ask questions and convey information with clarity and efficiency.
+ Strong coordination skills and business acumen; comfortable managing multiple moving parts.
+ Deep customer empathy and a passion for the gaming industry and collaborative teamwork.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; demonstrated success in leading complex programs.
+ Motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset.
+ Fluency in English is mandatory.
+ Previous experience in the video game industry, particularly in QA or testing environments.
+ Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
+ Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
