Job Description One of Insight Global's top Interactive Media clients is seeking a Games Producer to support the development and production of Wearables Games. This role is designed for a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and organization skills, who excels at streamlining processes and enhancing team efficiency to achieve project goals. Role Expectations  • Proactively identify the important problems to solve, and assist the team in predicting risks, blockers, and other impediments to project goals.  • Create a coherent strategy and milestone schedules for addressing these issues, with measurable objectives  • Facilitate the flow of information amongst everyone involved and create consensus around a vision for the project, helping the team articulate the goals, required work, and near and long term priorities  • Drive, track, and document progress against milestones  • Operate in varying degrees of ambiguity, responding quickly to shifts in priorities and needs. Skills and Requirements • 5-8 years of experience as a Producer/Project Manager for interactive/real-time gaming (mobile games strongly preferred)  • Must have shipped at least one game  • Experience working on both creative deliverables and technical implementation  • Strong organizational skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment  • Requires little supervision in day to day work  • Handles complex planning and scheduling, working heavily with different departments to identify scheduling concerns, blockers, and areas of improvement.  • Well versed in all aspects of the project (Creative, Technical Implementation).
