The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a seasonal Senior Supervisor to join our Gallagher Clubs team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Gallagher Club Senior Supervisor you will lead a team of attendants, ensuring our luxury club areas are clean, stocked, and ready for game day. You'll experience the game day excitement, learn and grow your leadership skills, and be part of team committed to creating moments that last.

 

This position works from mid-July through mid-February and will support the Clubs Manager in a variety of operational duties. Responsibilities include overseeing the weekly setup team, assisting with setup, cleaning, stocking, filling coolers, as well as other duties as needed 

 

Additionally, this role will serve as the lead supervisor in the Premium Clubs area on NFL game days and during other stadium events.

Pay $19.00 - $21.00 / hour

What will you do?Supervises and coordinates premium club restaurant and bar staff, including training and providing constructive and corrective feedback as neededCreates a positive and memorable guest experience by delivering professional and courteous service and maintaining a clean, organized, stocked, and safe areaReceives and facilitates any premium guests’ and attendants’ requests and ordersAnalyzes and resolves problems with team members, guests, and the operation with the assistance of the Premium Clubs ManagerLearn and be comfortable with all food and beverage menu items to effectively complete financial transactions and answer guests’ questionsEnsures all game day food and beverage orders arrive in a timely manner and quickly addresses any discrepancies with appropriate areaResponsible for assisting in performing end of month inventory Perform other duties as assigned

More about youMinimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in front-of-house restaurant or food service position, in a high volume environment is requiredPrevious experience with a point-of-sale (POS) system requiredExcellent guest service skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high pressure environmentGood communication and training skills; ability to teach others as well as delegate tasksBasic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventoryNo college degree requiredAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Physical requirementsAbility to lift up to 40 pounds for set-up, service, and clean up of club areaAbility to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as needed
