FX & Treasury Analyst, Staff

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsible for assisting in the global currency management function. This individual will gather details on projected balance sheet positions and support the Manager, Capital Markets to recommend hedge strategies to manage risk in accordance with the company's FX risk management policy.  Analyze various forecast reports and summarize FX reporting to include monthly and annual forecasted rates.

Assist global foreign cash investment in collaboration with Treasury staff and international controllers.  Participate in global cash repatriation planning and execution efforts.

Support the Manager, Capital Markets with gathering documentation and making appropriate changes related to the issuance of Letters of Credit on behalf of our business units. 

Cross Train and backup the cash management staff on daily activities including cash desk, funding, cash flow and liquidity dashboard reconciliation.  Review and initiate wire requests and transfers and monitor cash receipts.  Determine borrowing/investment position.  Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis on cash flow.  Conduct various banking administrative tasks (user permissions etc.).

Provide ad hoc support to Treasury initiatives and assignments as required.

Develop financial models that support strategic initiatives and allow senior leadership to evaluate critical financial decisions.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or accounting.  MBA is a plus.

2 to 5 years combined experience in Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Reporting, or related financial discipline. 

Representative Qualifications:

FX Hedge related experience is a plus.

Knowledge and experience with global balance sheets.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capacity to perform detailed analysis while understanding big picture implications.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of finance and accounting.

Demonstrated high standards of integrity.

Excellent verbal, written and oral communications skills

Ability to work as part of a team while independently managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment and ability to deliver results.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products.  Intermediate to advanced excel user preferred.
