We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Program Manager to join our team and play a critical role in organizing the multiple teams and users developing a key new cross-asset application. What will you do?
Provide hands-on program oversight, cross-functional coordination and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomesCollaborate closely with development leads, product managers, business users and QA functions to realize delivery of high-value products across a global rolloutPerform all standard project management functions including financial planning and control, task decomposition and execution, proactive risk and issue management, project health checks, verbal and written communication to stakeholders and senior management.Aggressively manage priorities and issues where conflicts arise; mediate and resolve project team conflicts.Regularly report progress of project status, milestones, achievements and budgetary standing in both formal (e.g. Executive Steering Committee) and informal settings.Enable the development teams to be successful and maximize time on developmentWhat do you need to succeed? Must-have:
5+ years of experience in Program Management, managing large scale technical programsExperience working in Capital Markets5+ years experience maintaining detailed roadmaps, resource plans, budget forecast / recovery, dependency management that supports the program planStrong ability to promote iterative development through metrics, eg sprint commitments, and program schedulingProven experience managing risk and issues, unblocking and escalating as appropriateStrong organizational, project management and time management capabilitiesDemonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skillsNice-to-have:
