RESPONSIBILITIES
Community: Team fEMR is seeking a reliable and motivated student to provide program support for our medical coding internship and clinic partnerships. As a Program Support Assistant, you will help with tracking student progress, managing forms and evaluations, and assisting staff with logistics. This role is designed to build transferable administrative and teamwork skills.
Maintain and update student and intern records Help monitor completion of assignments, tests, and evaluations Provide basic technical support for forms, spreadsheets, and shared files Assist with outreach emails and communications to students and partners Support special projects as assigned by Team fEMR staff

Must be an enrolled student at DeVry/Keller. High School diploma or equivalent. Must be a current student in good standing and possess a GPA of 2.0 or higher. Must be enrolled in a minimum of six credits per semester. FWS fund eligible. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-directed, motivated individuals. People who sit around, waiting to be told what to do will not do well in this environment. Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and online forms Strong attention to accuracy and detail Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Team-oriented and eager to learn new skills
