RESPONSIBILITIES
Community:
The primary responsibility of an adult mentor is to maintain an orderly, positive, and safe environment for our junior mentor's youth engagements. In addition to the aforementioned, our adult mentors play an integral part in the design, support, and implementation of the curriculum, infrastructure systems (cloud & onpremise), and equipment that powers our various programs. While performing the duties of this position, adult mentors will acquire the professional leadership, communication, and technical skills most desired by premier employers.
Build, repair, setup, and maintain various computer systems
Design, code, implement, and debug computer programs Assist in the collection, processing, and tracking of donated systems (i.e. scrubbing computer data and compliance)Organize, track, secure, and maintain business assets and work areas
Coordinate training efforts with international partner organizations and peers Lead and/or assist junior mentors in the presentation of curriculum Assess and report strengths and weaknesses of training sessionsQUALIFICATIONS:

Must be an enrolled student. High School diploma or equivalent. Must be a current student in good standing and possess a GPA of 2.0 or higher. Must be enrolled in a minimum of six credits per semester. FWS fund eligible. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-directed, motivated individuals. People who sit around, waiting to be told what to do will not do well in this environment.
