What You’ll Do: 


Build a Strong Talent Pipeline 

Source, interview, and qualify candidates for in-demand roles using our proprietary database (MatchGuide) and referrals.Develop a proactive pipeline of skilled candidates aligned with client needs.Maintain accurate candidate records and interview summaries in MatchGuide.Conduct in-person or video interviews and complete thorough reference checks.

Manage the Recruitment Process 

Work closely with Account Executives to understand job requirements and prioritize recruitment efforts.Present a shortlist of qualified candidates ensuring alignment with client specifications.Prepare resumes for submission, schedule interviews, and provide coaching to candidates.

Support & Engage Consultants 

Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout their assignment.Assist with onboarding, timesheet management, and consultant check-ins.Facilitate contract renewals and address consultant concerns in collaboration with Account Executives.

Ensure Compliance & Drive Performance 

Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices in all recruitment activities.Track and report recruitment activities, ensuring data integrity within MatchGuide.Meet and exceed key performance metrics aligned with company goals.

 

Qualifications 

Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma with minimum of 1-year external recruiting or customer facing service experience OR 2 years of high-level competitive sport/activity and/or leadership experience; OR other equivalent experience consideredOR High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years recruiting or customer facing experience Proven experience in a fast paced, metrics driven, working environment preferredProven ability to cultivate strong relationshipsAble to learn new complex ideas in a short time frameAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities Has determination, grit and a proven ability to go the extra mileIs confidential, professional, honest and works well both in teams and individuallyTeam oriented and collaborativeExcellent communication and influencing skillsAbility to connect with others through phone, video, social media and in-person meetings
