Position: Warehouse Associate / Coordinators
Department: Warehouse Operations
Pay Range: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Status: Full-Time / Evergreen Talent Pipeline
About the Role
We’re always looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our warehouse operations team — even if we’re not hiring for a specific role right now. This is part of an evergreen requisition to build a talent pipeline for future openings. By applying, you’ll be added to our Talent Community and considered for roles as they become available.
What You’ll Do
+ Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders
+ Receive incoming shipments and organize inventory
+ Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners)
+ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
+ Meet productivity, safety, and quality goals
What We Look For
+ Warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is helpful, but not required
+ Ability to lift, move, and carry items (up to 60 lbs) throughout your shift
+ Willingness to work various shifts (day, night, or weekends)
+ Strong work ethic, team mindset, and attention to detail
