Kick-start your career in Corporate Finance & Accounting with KBR’s Corporate Future Leadership Development (FLDP) Program! This two-year rotational program is designed to develop high-potential talent into tomorrow’s finance leaders. You’ll gain hands-on experience across key finance areas—Financial Planning & Analysis, Audit, Treasury, Tax, and Accounting—while building a strong foundation for your career.

Based at our global headquarters in Houston, TX, the program challenges you to be adaptable and agile as you rotate through different finance functions. Along the way, you will participate in leadership development activities and receive support if you are pursuing your CPA certification. By the end of the program, you will be prepared to step into roles such as Staff Accountant, Auditor, Tax Analyst, or Financial Analyst and make an impact from day one.

Roles & Responsibilities

Participate in a two-year rotational program with four six-month assignments across key finance functions, including Treasury, Corporate Accounting, Internal Audit, and FP&AGain hands-on experience with enterprise systems and tools such as FIS, Workiva, and Power BIContribute to real business decisions and projects with measurable impact, from financial presentations to global risk auditsCollaborate with and present to senior leaders across the organizationAdapt to assignments in multiple locations, including Houston, TX; Fulton, MD; Jacksonville, FL; Huntsville, AL; Washington, D.C./Virginia; and Leatherhead, UKApply analytical, communication, and Excel skills to support finance and business initiativesDemonstrate leadership, adaptability, and professionalism while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Basic Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum GPA of 3.5Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorshipAbility and willingness to travel as neededProficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage tight deadlines and thrive in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous KBR internship experienceFamiliarity with financial systems or ERP platformsInternship or work experience in a professional environmentExperience with data analysis or modeling tools such as Power BIDemonstrated leadership or involvement in student organizations, volunteer work, or peer mentorshipStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsHigh adaptability and learning agility across varied business functions
