Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Consultant to join our OneStream implementation and support team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage expertise in financial performance management while working with a cutting-edge enterprise platform. The Senior Consultant will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of OneStream solutions to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

System Implementation & Configuration:

Lead the implementation of OneStream solutions, including data integration, workflow setup, and reporting configurations. Collaborate closely with clients to understand complex business requirements and design tailored solutions. Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.

Support & Maintenance:

Provide advanced support to resolve OneStream-related issues, including troubleshooting system errors and guiding configuration changes. Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

Training & Documentation:

Develop training materials, user guides, and system documentation for end-users. Conduct training sessions to ensure effective use of OneStream across client teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in financial performance management processes such as budgeting, planning, consolidation, and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with advanced analytical capabilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successful project delivery. Advanced Microsoft Office and Power Apps tools.

 

Preferred Skills:

In-depth knowledge of OneStream, Hyperion, or other financial performance management platforms. Familiarity with SQL or data integration concepts. Experience with scripting or programming (VBScript, Python, etc.) is highly desirable. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. Willingness to work in a hybrid model with distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones. Knowledge of ERP applications such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Hyperion, PowerPlan, or similar applications is an added advantage.
