As a Fund Servicing Change Strategy Team Vice President within the Global Fund Services team, you will be given responsibility for delivering high profile project management and data automation change assignments on behalf of the business. You will lead a team of driven individuals and manage both their project book and your own. The Change Strategy team is responsible for process improvement across Global Fund Services and product (Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Financial Reporting, Asset Pricing, and Transfer Agency), using a combination of project management and digital solutions. 

Job responsibilities

Lead reviews of functional processes across the GFSO organization to reduce overall operational risk and build a more robust end-to-end process - get to the bottom of ‘why’, answer the ‘so what’, and utilize creative problem-solvingDevelop and leverage a digitalisation skillset and a data-centric mindset to identify and execute process improvementCreate outstanding visual and verbal stories to help articulate this journey at all levels of the organization, including securing approval from senior leaders and communicating new processes to operations teamsMake recommendations on how to address identified gaps, as well as implications for team structure, location strategy, functional alignmentBuilding strong partnerships with Operations, Product and Technology teams to lead, design and deliver high-quality solutionsEngage with stakeholders using strong interpersonal and influencing skills to challenge the processRunning a book of work; own and project manage key deliverables, working to tight deadlines and leading multiple projects from initiation to conclusionManaging the book of work of your team and ensuring that they meet their targets and resolve blockers

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

Experience in financial services and fund servicesA commitment to excellence and attention to detail; with the ability to align those details to the big-picture strategyStrong organisational, multi-tasking and prioritization skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to succinctly communicate complex issues to audiences at all levelsProactive mind-set, self-motivated, and able to work with high degree of independenceStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong skills with our Intelligent Automation toolkit: Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, UiPathCapability of presenting to an MD level audience will be expected
