As a Fund Servicing Analyst within the Security Services Operations team, you will maintain the shareholder register for investment funds by executing shareholder instructions. JPMorgan Transfer Agency operations are performed in Luxembourg, Dublin, Manila, Bangalore and Hong Kong.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Fund Servicing Manager I in the management of the team and in the oversight of day-to-day BAU operations.Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing (account opening, account maintenance, deals/trades processing, pricing, cash processing/settlement, reporting and reconciliations), review and reporting in accordance with the established work practices and procedures of the Transfer Agency Group.Accurately record money movement and reconciliation of the same in accordance with the established work practices and procedures of the Transfer Agency Group.Carry out Anti-Money laundering (AML) checks whilst displaying a comprehensive knowledge of the established practices, processes and procedures of JPMorgan including in-depth industry awareness.Facilitate the completion of regular and ad-hoc client, investor and regulatory reporting requirements in a timely, accurate and professional manner for submission to the Fund Servicing Manager I.Provide support to Fund Servicing Manager I through investigation and analysis and provision of relevant data to resolve client queries, as requiredLead and/or participate in internal and external projectsMaintain and update Standard Operating Procedures as requiredAd-hoc tasks as directed by the Manager.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Minimum 3 years relevant Financial Institution (FI) experience is required with Transfer Agent experience Working knowledge of Transfer Agent administration systems with high proficiency in MS Office Solid Interpersonal skills – ability to interact effectively both with individuals & teams, a team player.Good English written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively to different styles at all levels,Assume accountability through willingness to take ownership and responsibility to accomplish goals.Adaptability to maintain standards and adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, processes or requirements.Initiating action and escalating potential risks to minimize loss.Commitment to provide high standards of quality client serviceAble to work under limited directionAbility to attain in depth knowledge of the technology and applications used within the business.

Bachelor's Degreeminimum 2 years people management experience preferred
