DescriptionThis is a great opportunity for an individual to make a real difference as part of a dedicated and professional growing team. The successful candidate will be part of a team, working on a range of matters providing administration, management and secretarial services for established and new real estate and private equity funds.
Key ResponsibilitiesBeing involved in all aspects of fund administration and company secretarial duties for the client portfolio, inclusive of but not limited to:\nDeveloping a good understanding of your client base\nCreating good working relationships with clients and other parties\nMaintaining internal trackers\nMaintaining statutory registers\nBecoming familiar with material agreements relating to your portfolio\nCash management tasks, such as reviewing payments and incoming funds\nPreparing account opening forms\nAssisting with calls and distributions\nAssisting with quarterly billing and cash collections\nAssisting with the take-on and establishment of new clients\nPreparing regulatory filings and submissions, as necessary\nCoordinating and attending board meetings\nPreparing board packs and supporting reports\nTaking and preparing minutes to a high standard\nEnsuring the timely execution of agreements/documentation\n
Experience / QualificationsThe candidate is expected to have a minimum of one-year relevant experience. Educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent, preferably, completion of a degree or similar. The candidate will be expected to have started the CGI exams, or willing to undertake these in the future.
