**Position Title: Functional Lead - Ground System Integrators** **Location:** Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO **Relocation Assistance:** None available at this time **Remote/Telework:** NO - Not available for this position **Clearance Type:** DoD Secret **Shift:** Day shift **Travel Required:** Up to 10% of the time **Description of Duties:** The **Functional Lead - Ground System Integrators** supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will: • Troubleshoot system anomalies • Send daily summary emails on team’s accomplishments and brief that to government partners every morning • Provide monthly TOSR inputs regarding significant accomplishments and needs of the team • Run daily scrum • Provide a system status report to performers regarding virtual machine usage • Parse ACAS scan findings and assign fix actions to team members • Supervisory duties - timecards and semi-annual reviews **The successful candidate will:** • Have strong written and verbal communication skills **Resumes, in month and year format, must be submitted with application in order to be considered for the position. The selected candidate may be assigned as an employee for one of our teammate companies.** **Basic Requirements:** • Must have 6, or more, years of IT experience • Must have 1, or more, years of experience working in a management or leadership role • Must have 2, or more, years MDSEA MEGS experience • Must have experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Microsoft Windows • Must have Scrum Master experience • Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher (ex: Security+) • Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance This position is expected to pay **$140,000 - $160,000** annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position. This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
