YOUR TASK

\n\nHandle all administrative and confidential work for the Head of CS to facilitate the efficient functioning of the CSteam \nAssist the CS head in the preparation of notes/materials for meetings. E.g.: prepare slides for presentation andprovide basic analysis into CS-related data and information under the instructions of the department head \nMaintain an effective system of personal record for all CS staff including leave, training records etc. \nOrganize and minute monthly CS Meetings and /or co-ordinate key or large scale Customer Service or company events including conferences, visitor lunches and recreation activities \nOrganize meetings or conferences when held locally, acting as secretariat and liaison-in-charge \nAssist the department colleagues to liaise and arrange travel and accommodation needs for participants and contact designated hotels to make bookings and oversee any other logistics arrangements.\n\n

\n\nTyping skills (at least 30 wpm preferable)\nTelephone skills (excellent)\nConflict resolution skills (excellent)\nTechnical Skills (Telephone and Order Booking systems preferable)\nCommunication skills - spoken and written (excellent)\nNegotiation and interpersonal skills (excellent)\n\n
