Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented  Functional Controller / Data and Process Analyst to join our Worldwide Qualification Testing organization in Szeged or Nyíregyháza, Hungary. Key responsibilities include:

Analyse existing Qualification Testing data, identifying standardization potentials and implementing necessary actionsDevelop and implement a ContiTech-wide standardized Qualification Testing KPI concept and methodsDevelop and drive implementation of Qualification Testing data concepts, ensuring management and quality assuranceMaintain and optimize existing Qualification Testing data, metrics, and analytics standardsMonitoring of controlling figures of the central Cost CentersRoll out and communicate developed standards across the organization Define and communicate strategic objectives for Qualification Testing financials, metrics and analyticsAnalyse training needs, create and execute training programs for related standards

QualificationsCompleted master´s or diploma study of economics, business management, business informatics, engineering or comparable studiesSeveral years of experience in data analysis, service analysis, or process analysisLongterm professional experience in finance and/or controlling or any related fieldStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasetsExperience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Solid understanding of qualification testing processes and quality management principlesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearlyExperience working in a global or worldwide organization is preferredAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentFluency in English;
