Apply now to drive impactful training, support globalization, and empower new and existing employees in a scalable, sustainable environment. **Core Responsibilities:** **Global Responsibility** + Drive/participate global networking activities (online meetings and face-to-face workshops) to create and improve global alignment of training material in cooperation with global colleagues + Responsible for quality in receiving and sending trainers/trainees to/from other sites by ensuring solid training plans and practical conditions + Provide and support training on other sites **Local Responsibility** + Daily and operational coordination of Global Job Trainers and Technical Writers in functional area + Identify local training needs and measure training efficiency and support training led by Job Instruction methodology and classroom training – on-time delivery of training based on production needs + Participate in daily huddles in the functional area and coordinate daily training activities including development of training plans + Support PPS/Focus Boards through proactive training initiatives + Active partner for shift leaders (Shift Leader meetings, ramp-up for high season, new technologies or capacity expansion, headcount planning) + Support process confirmation done by line management together with job trainers + Support the selection/recruiting, development and motivation and evaluation of Local Job Trainers, together with Line Management, and Learning and development **Training Documentation** + Responsible for quality, precise detail level and accuracy training documentation with focus on according to global and local requirements and standards, in collaboration with stakeholders (Production, Maintenance, MWH, Maintenance, QA, R&D, EHS, L&D, LCI) + Work as an ambassador for Standard Work and process understanding in TLG + Responsibility for final version of documentation **Play your part in our team succeeding** + The focus area of the department is to develop the functional expertise within the specific area through a strong and competent training organization to support globalization, scalability and sustainability towards new and existing employees + **FAMT** secures local deployment of globally aligned standards in accordance with defined training methodologies. This is done through identification of local training needs and coordinate training in collaboration with line management to support the development of the workforce in a systematic way. + **FAMT** is the critical link between the training organization and the workforce, making sure documentation and thereby best practice is available to the workforce when needed in an easy and accessible way. This includes making sure that the layout of documentation is of best possible quality and supporting the training processes to lift the whole organization. **Do you have what it takes?** + Preferred to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, with at least 3 years of engineering training experience, including learning and training activities + Skilled in process design, layout, and lean manufacturing + Experience in a multinational company, valuing diversity and inclusion + Drives continuous improvement for productivity, usability, and serviceability + Strong logical thinking and creative problem-solving + Effective at planning and prioritizing tasks + Highly dedicated with strong attention to detail + Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, proactive, and ethical approach + Advanced IT skills (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.) + Occasional travel and flexible hours, including some weekend shifts + Proficient in both Vietnamese and English verbal/written skills \#LI-CD2 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
