Functional Area Master Trainer Junior + **Location** Kladno, Czechia + **Job ID** 0000024144 + **Category** Hourly **Job Description** We are looking for a new team member for the position of Functional Area Master Trainer within the Training organization (Final Pack). **Core Responsibilities** + Daily and operational coordination of Global Job Trainers and Technical Writers within the functional area. + Ensure high-quality, accurate, and detailed training documentation (both local and global). + Act as an active partner for Shift and Group Leaders in areas such as high-season ramp-up, implementation of new technologies, and capacity expansions. + Drive and participate in global networking activities (e.g., online meetings, face-to-face workshops) to align and improve global training materials in cooperation with international colleagues. + Ensure quality and efficiency when receiving and sending trainers/trainees between sites through comprehensive training plans and solid practical arrangements. + Support and deliver training at other locations as needed. + Identify local training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training. + Participate in daily huddles within the functional area and coordinate daily training activities, including the development of training plans. + Support process confirmations conducted by line management in cooperation with Job Trainers. + Promote and implement new tools and methods to increase training efficiency and engagement. **Do You Have What It Takes?** + Fluent in both written and spoken English (minimum B2 level required) and Czech. + Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. + Strong organizational and time-management skills; capable of driving independent projects. + Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, Outlook); knowledge of Power BI is a plus. + Experience with FinalPack is an advantage. + Strong interest in digitalization and innovation in training. + Willingness and ability to explore, introduce, and utilize AI tools to improve training effectiveness and knowledge management.
