**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management Software Contractual Obligation Management Contract Authoring for Sales and Buyside and iCertis. Additionally the candidate should possess domain experience in Finance and Accounting as well as Hi-Tech. The work model is hybrid and the shift is day. No travel is required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. + Oversee the management of contractual obligations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. + Provide expertise in contract authoring for both sales and buyside to ensure accuracy and consistency. + Utilize iCertis to manage and automate contract processes ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. + Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure contract terms align with financial goals and regulations. + Work closely with Hi-Tech teams to integrate contract management solutions with cutting-edge technologies. + Conduct regular reviews and audits of contract management processes to identify areas for improvement. + Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on contract management best practices and tools. + Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for contract management systems to ensure optimal performance. + Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for contract management solutions. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve contract management processes. + Ensure all contract management activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. + Drive innovation in contract management by staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. **Qualifications** + Must have extensive experience with Contract Lifecycle Management Software. + Must have strong expertise in Contractual Obligation Management. + Must be proficient in Contract Authoring for both Sales and Buyside. + Must have hands-on experience with iCertis. + Must have domain experience in Finance and Accounting. + Must have domain experience in Hi-Tech. + Nice to have experience in hybrid work models and day shifts. + Nice to have excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Nice to have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Nice to have experience in developing and delivering training programs. + Nice to have knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards. + Nice to have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing process improvements. + Nice to have a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success. **Certifications Required** iCertis Certified Professional Certified Contract Manager (CCM) Finance and Accounting Certification.
