This role involves close collaboration with development and QA teams to ensure robust test coverage and seamless system interactions through automated testing. **Your role** + Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional and API testing using tools like Selenium, Postman, RestAssured, JUnit, and TestNG. + Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) to validate end-to-end workflows, service dependencies, and data flow across integrated systems. + Design and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements, ensuring thorough validation of application behavior. + Automate API testing for REST, SOAP, and GraphQL services, including validation of responses in JSON and XML formats. + Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure consistent execution across environments. + Report and document defects, test results, and maintain test artifacts for traceability and compliance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide feedback, and continuously improve test processes and frameworks. **Your skills and experience** + Strong experience in functional and API test automation. + Proficiency in API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI/SOAPUI Pro, and RestAssured. + Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Groovy for scripting and automation. + Solid understanding of SQL/PostgreSQL for backend data validation. + Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and project management tools like JIRA. + Preferred skills: + Knowledge of cable and telecom industry systems and workflows. + Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. + Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
