Job Description:

DXC Technology is seeking a skilled and experienced Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing and translating business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring the seamless integration of technology solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements.

Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities.

Work closely with development teams to communicate requirements and provide ongoing support throughout the development lifecycle.

Perform system testing and validation to ensure the delivered solutions meet the specified functional requirements.

Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Basic Qualifications:

Education & Experience: Master’s degree or equivalent experience 3+ years in a similar role.

Language Skills: Native in Dutch and fluent in English.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of UML and BPMN.

Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall approaches, and best practices in software development.

Communication: Capable of presenting and leading workshops with clients.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical, interpersonal, teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
