As Centre Director you will be providing quality care and education to school-aged children while incorporating your ideas and expertise to create a fun-filled environment. You will have the ability to create respectful and long-lasting relationships with parents and carers, as well as your fellow educators. Together with your team, you will plan, deliver and reflect on programs that aren’t just compliant—but exciting, inclusive, and filled with moments that matter. An on top of this, you will be responsible for the daily running of the service by bringing a calm and capable vibe to the service.
This is a full-time opportunity to work during Before and After School Care as well as Vacation Care, Monday to Friday.

What you need to succeed
A cleared valid for paid work, Working With Children Check (WWCC) Diploma of Children's Services or related qualification (desirable) Strong understanding of the NQF, My Time Our Place, and what “quality” really looks like in OSHC You meet the requirements to be a Nominated Supervisor or you are keen to get there and take that responsibility seriously. And if you’re up for it you’re keen to grow even more! Maybe even dive into further study like a Cert IV in School Age Education and Care, so you can truly rock your 5 to 12 child development knowledge and take your OSHC game to the next level!There are lots of reasons why a role with us is rewarding
