Contracts are reviewed every six months, and pharmacists here are routinely considered for long-term roles after 18–24 months.

What You'll Do

Conduct independent reviews of utilization management requestsAssess coverage requests with client-specific clinical criteriaMeet monthly targets for quality and productivityCollaborate with pharmacy peers and cliniciansEngage in provider and member communication if trained for call center counseling

Training & Schedule Highlights

Training: 16 weeks | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CSTIncludes live instruction, interactive materials, and hands-on practice auditsHeads-up: No time off during training (barring rare exceptions)Schedule After Training:8-hour shifts starting at 9:00 or 10:00 AM CSTAssigned via team bidding based on seniorityExpect overtime during peak season (Nov–May)Rotating weekends and holidays—bid-based scheduling ensures fairness

Logistics & Perks

Ideal Candidate Profile

PharmD or Bachelor’s in PharmacyAt least 2 years of experience in retail, managed care, or clinical pharmacySolid decision-making skills with a knack for details and communicationLooking for meaningful, long-term impact while working remotely

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr.
