Must-have SkillsAs a Full Stack Developer (10+ years), you will be responsible for designing, building, debugging, and maintaining the front-end and back-end of our platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—Product, Infrastructure, Platform Operations, and Test Automation—to refine requirements and translate them into highly performant, secure, and scalable applications.
The ideal candidate brings a breadth of experience in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Python/Django, and other modern frameworks and tools.
Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development Design, implement, debug, and maintain front-end (React, JavaScript, TypeScript) and back-end (Node.js, Python/Django) components. Integrate with datastores such as PostgreSQL, SQLServer and Redis; use ORMs (e.g., Django ORM) and other data technologies as needed. Develop serverless functions (AWS Lambdas) and other microservices for specialized tasks. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with Product Management, Operations, and Customer Support to turn business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing timely status updates and estimates. Lead blameless post-mortems to identify and remediate root causes of system or software failures. Quality & Testing Write unit, integration, and functional tests for new and existing features. Ensure continuous quality through code reviews, pair programming, and the adoption of best practices. Performance & Scalability Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for scale using tools like Graphite, Kibana, Sentry, and AWS CloudWatch. Participate in ongoing platform validation to ensure services remain performant and robust under increasing load.
