Role Summary: We are looking for a Fullstack Developer experienced in building and maintaining websites on Optimizely CMS 12+, with the ability to handle both backend and frontend development tasks as part of an agile product team. Key Responsibilities: • Develop new website templates, blocks, and components in Optimizely using .NET and modern frontend frameworks. • Integrate APIs and external services into the CMS. • Collaborate with the architect and frontend developers on implementation approaches. • Support CMS content editors with functional requirements. • Participate in daily standups and agile ceremonies with the onshore team. Required Skills: • 3–5 years of development experience with Optimizely/Episerver. • Proficiency in ASP.NET Core, MVC, Razor, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Familiarity with React, Vue.js, or similar modern frontend frameworks. • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and data modeling for CMS. • Understanding of CI/CD and Git-based workflows. Soft Skills & Requirements: • Clear English communication. • Able to work independently and report status clearly. • Must join daily standups with U.S.-based teams.
